To download Lesson Videos, follow the following steps:

1. Access a Course Lesson
2. Find the Download link under the video player.
3. The download link in step 2 will open a new window with the video file ready for you to download. Right click on the video and click on "Save Video As..." - You video will then start downloading to the location of your choice on your device.

All of my courses are streaming or download only, I do not send out CD's, DVD's or any physical containers for my courses.

You can watch all video files on any device with an internet browser. Just login to the site from a tablet, phone or computer.

The videos can be viewed on any operating system. 

Click the "Login" link at the top-right of photoserge.com. (If you don't see the word "Login" but see a picture instead - you are already logged on). Click the "Forgot password" link below the Sign In button. Enter the email address you used to create your account. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click "Send Recovery Info". You can also use this link https://www.photoserge.com/password/new

This will send you an email where you are able to reset your password to whatever new password you want. If you forgot the email or are having trouble with this please feel free to contact me and I will help you retrieve your account information or reset your password.

Contact me and I can take a look and help you locate it! Let me know as much information as you can and what emails you might have signed up with.

Sometimes your confirmation email for your purchase with the link to your course goes into your spam folder, if so search your spam folder for an email from [email protected]  please verify that this is not the case. If you still cannot find your confirmation email [email protected] and I can help you set up your account.

If you have purchased a course from me prior to September 2018 you will be credited all of your previous purchases!

1. You will have to create a new account.
2. When you create your new Photo Serge account, use the SAME email address you used when purchasing from my old store, all of your previous purchases are still accessible here. My IT team is working on making that transition automatic in the future but for now you can access them that way.
3. If you created a new Photo Serge account with a different email address, contact me and I will look up your previous purchases and assign them to your new account.

The PhotosergeAcademy is currently only available as a monthly subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the site directly here https://www.photosergeacademy.com/manage-subscription or by writing to [email protected]

In case you don't want to each time use a magic link you can log in just once with it and then under your profile set a password so you can use that in future instead of a magic link.

The two sites are not connected. All your one time lifetime access purchases occur on the Photoserge.com site - our monthly subscription with training occurs on the PhotosergeAcademy.com site. The content is not identical between each site. Our printed publications are only available on the PhotosergeAcademy.com site and come with a free trial to our monthly training and coaching program. 

If you no longer want to receive any specific newsletter then look at the bottom of the email for Unsubscribe Preferences, once you click on that you can control what newsletter you would like to be subscribed to (opted in for) or  what newsletter to unsubscribe from (opt-out of).

You can also just click on Unsubscribe of a specific newsletter but this will just unsubscribe you from the type of newsletter you just got - daily offer or workshop newsletter. Make sure you use Unsubscribe Preferences link below each email if you want to be removed from all or just specific newsletters.
