How do I download my course after I have purchased it?

First login to your PhotoSerge account. To log onto your account you need to click the "Login" link at the top-right of PhotoSerge.com

Now enter your PhotoSerge user name and password and click the "Login" button.

A new icon will appear once you have logged in that looks like a cloud. Click this icon to go to your downloads page.

This will bring you to the "Your Courses" page.

Simply scroll down to find and download your purchases. Click the cloud icon to the right of the course to download all of the files for that course. If you want to download each part separately then click the "View Lessons" button and each lesson or item will appear beneath with a download button.

Are Your Courses Downloadable or Streaming?

All of my courses are downloadable only, you can download your course on any computer as many times as you want, I do not send out CD's, DVD's or any physical containers for my courses.

How can I view your course lessons on my iPad?

To copy video files over to your iPad and watch them:

  1. Connect your iPad to your Mac or PC and launch iTunes
  2. Drag and drop the videos on the iTunes Logo to get them into your iTunes Library
  3. Go into iTunes and click on your iPad tab, locate movies and mark all the videos to be synchronized and click on apply.
  4. Optional: if you have chosen the option to "Manually manage all videos and photos" on your iPad, instead of clicking on the movie tab click on the "On this iPad tab", choose movies on the left and drag and drop all the movies directly in that window on iTunes and click on Apply.

I cannot unzip the course I downloaded, what do I do?

Sometime the zip function doesn't work well with windows, and most of the time this has been solved by installing this free software to unzip the files: http://www.7-zip.org/

I have a problem viewing a video or bad audio, what do I do?

If you are having a hard time viewing a video we advise you to use VLC player for an optimum viewing. You can download VLC here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

What format are your tutorial video files in?

H264 1280 * 720, MP4 Quicktime files, one of the most used format on the web today.

Can I download your training if I have a PC, Mac or Linux?

Yes, all of my training videos will work on Mac, PC & Linux.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to purchase?

No. PayPal has a new option, once you have chosen your item and click on the PayPal checkout, on that next page you can choose the option : "No PayPal account" and it will just ask you for your credit card and no PayPal account will be created.

Do I need to have a Photo Serge account to purchase or download?

Yes. If you have not created an account at purchase one will be created for you and a verification link will be sent to the email address that you purchased with. When you click the verification link you will be prompted to create a password for your new Photo Serge account. If you already have a Photo Serge account you will be asked to log in when you make your purchase.

How do I get my discount code to work?

In the checkout pop-up, enter your discount code in the "Promo Code" field. Then click the orange "refresh button" to the right to apply the discount code to your shopping cart. Your updated total will show below as well as which discount code you are using.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No, currently there is no way to apply more than one discount code at a time. If you have two discount codes for different items, purchase them separately using the appropriate discount code each time and you will get some extra savings ;)

My discount code does not work, what do I do?

My discount codes are not cumulative, if my item is already on sale for a greater amount than your discount code it will give you the bigger discount. Check the following points as well:

  1. Check to make sure you correctly typed in the discount code.
  2. Make sure the code is not too old and expired.
  3. Check to see if the item you want is not already discounted more than the discount code you are using.
  4. Make sure the correct item is added to your cart that will have the discount applied.

Where can I get a receipt / invoice for my purchase?

Login to your Photo Serge account and click the download icon at the top right.

Click the "Transaction" tab to the far right, and all your purchases by date will appear. Click "View Invoice" on the transaction you want a receipt for.

Will the Landscape Essential Effects Plug-in work with my version of Photoshop?

The Landscape Essential Effects currently only functions with Photoshop CC 2014. Also you must have "Adobe Extension Manager CC" installed and not "Adobe Extension Manager CS". I am working on making this plug-in compatible with earlier versions of Photoshop.

I forgot my Photo Serge account password, what do i do?

Click the "Login" link at the top-right of photoserge.com

Click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Enter the email address you used to create your account.

Enter the email address you used to create your account and click "Send Reset Email".

This will send you an email where you are able to reset your password to whatever new password you want.

I never got my confirmation email when I signed up, what do I do?

Sometimes your confirmation email for your purchase with the link to your course goes into your spam folder, please verify that this is not the case. If you still cannot find your confirmation email contact me at: http://photoserge.com/contact and I can help you set up your account.

I purchased a course from you before this new website (Nov 2014), where can I download it?

If you have purchased a course from me prior to November 2014 you will be credited all of your previous purchases!

  1. You will have to create a new account.
  2. When you create your new Photo Serge account, use the SAME email address you used when purchasing from my old store, all of your previous purchases will be automatically assigned to your new account.
  3. If you created a new Photo Serge account with a different email address, contact me at: http://photoserge.com/contact and I will look up your previous purchases and assign them to your new account.

Where are the free goodies / subscriber goodies you mention in your YouTube videos?

To access the free goodies that go with my tutorials, you need to have a Photo Serge account and be logged in. Once you are logged in click the user icon at the top right.

A pop-up menu will appear, from this menu click"Subscriber Goodies" on the right. And you will be brought to the subscriber goodies page.

On this page simply scroll down to the goodie you want to download or use the links at the top to navigate to the video you are looking for and download the goodies for free!

No. Unlike the goodies, the freebies of the day only last for a single day, if you missed it then I might put something else similar or the same freebie up later! Goodies will always be available to all my users.

What is the difference between your training and your free tutorials on YouTube/Podcast?

With my courses you get a more in-depth training, step by step and covering an entire subject. Any retouching, shooting or any training in my courses is very simple and intended to walk you from start to finish so you learn the entire process. My courses also come with all the raw files, sample files, textures, presets, etc. so you can follow along, (included in the downloads for the course). My course videos are also of a better quality.
